Farmhouse, now house. Late C17, with early C18 cross wing; restored 1960's.
Coursed limestone rubble; gabled stone slate roof; stone gable end stack.
One-unit outshut plan with left cross wing. Late C17 two-storey, 2-window range
has timber lintels over C20 door and casements and outshut to rear: C20
casements in left wing. Interior: stop-chamfered and chamfered beams. C20
bressumer over open fireplace with inglenook seats, and collar-trusses (butt
purlins removed) in early C18 range. Built for Perry family.
