Shown on Ordnance Survey map as Peartree House.
House. Mid C18, C19 alterations. Squared and coursed limestone; gabled concrete
tile roof; brick end stack. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Bracketed
flat hood over central C20 door. Timber lintel over C19 three-light casements,
with central opening lights except C20 panes to left. Early C19 two-storey rear
extension of similar materials. Interior not inspected, but noted as having old
beads.
