GV II

Farmhouse. Datestone to rear CWM/1677; refronted c.1850. Coursed limestone
rubble, with front of mid C19 squared and coursed limestone rubble; gabled stone
slate roof; left end stack and C17 lateral stack to right of stone finished in
brick; stone ashlar ridge stack. 2-unit plan with cross wing to right. 2
storeys; 4-window range. Range to left has central half-glazed door in chamfered
stone architrave: timber porch. Canted bay window with sashes to left; one-light
window over door, and 2-light stone-mullioned windows with sashes to right.
Similar windows in gable end of cross wing. Rear gable has C17 two-light
ovolo-moulded wood-mullioned window. Interior not inspected. Included for group
value.
