Memorial urn. Limestone. Late C18, for George Simon Harcourt. Flaming urn with
scrolled band surmounts tall pedestal with moulded plinth and entablature: oval
side-panels with medallion and leaning urn commemorates Viscountess Palmerston.
Moved from the park at Nuneham Courtenay after the Harcourts returned to
Harcourt House (q.v.) in 1948.
