No.30 (Strange's Farmhouse)

GV II

Barn, now stables. Circa 1744 with some late C20 alterations. Coursed limestone
rubble with half-hipped stone slate roof. Three bays, at right angles to road.
Gabled porch to west with pair of large boarded doors under wooden lintel, and
flanking lean-to stables in angles. Pair of large boarded doors with wooden
lintel to east too. South end altered in the C20 with inserted windows and
stable door. Vent above. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
