10/77 School Cottage

GV II

Cottage. Probably c17, with mid-to late C19 addition and mid-to late C20
alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with C20 machine-tile roof. One storey.
Pair of ridge stacks, rebuilt above roof in C20 brick. Seven-window front;
mostly 2-light wooden casements with wooden lintels. Boarded door with wooden
lintel between first and second windows from right. Probably late C19 one-storey
addition to left with casement and half-glazed door. Interior not inspected.
