House, now 2 dwellings. Dated 1661; extended to left in late C18. Coursed
limestone rubble; gabled stone slate roof; end stacks of late C18 brick to left
and C17 stone to right. One-extended to 3-unit plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range.
Timber lintel over C19 plank door in taller C17 block on right, and C18 plank
door in range to left. Timber lintels over C19 two-light casements. C17 rear
outshut, with single-light windows set in moulded and chamfered wood surrounds,
houses staircase. C18 outshut to right. Interior: C17 range has stop-chamfered
beam and joists and stone-flagged floor. C17 doorway has 4-centred arched head.
Plaster date (1661) set in bas-relief over altered fireplace. Winder stairs to
rear.
