Farmhouse. c.1700. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled concrete tile roof; end
stacks of stone finished in brick flues. Central-staircase plan. 2 storeys and
attic; symmetrical 5-window range. C20 bracketed flat hood over C20 doors with
overlight. Timber lintels over late C19/C20 cross windows; wood modillioned
eaves; gabled roof dormers. 2-storey rear left wing, with stone slate roof, has
C20 porch and windows and C18 block with hipped roof to rear. Interior: mostly
late C19 and C20. Chamfered beam in rear wing. Front range has fine c.1700
open-well staircase with turned balusters, newels and pendentives.
