House. c.1830-40. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled Welsh slate roof; brick end
stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Flat stone hood over
4-panelled door with overlight. Timber lintels, and concrete lintel to left,
over 2-light casements with glazing bars. One-storey service range to right.
Interior not inspected. Terminates group of estate cottages built in c18 and C19
for Cottrell-Dormer family. Included for group value.
