House. Datestone 1834. Two ranges. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled stone slate
roof; stone end stacks. Two 2-unit plans. Two ranges each of 2-storey, 2-window
range. Range to right has timber lintels over central C20 window and 2-light
leaded casements. Range to left has timber lintels over C20 door and window, and
similar leaded casements in left bay. Rear outshuts, with Welsh slate roof
half-leaded 2-light casement. Interior not inspected. Endowed by Reverend
Charles Lee who also endowed Parrotts School (q.v.) during his incumbency from
1825-36.
