Three cottages, now house. Datestone 1765. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled
stone slate roof; stone ridge stack. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window
range. Central blocked doorway. Timber lintels, and concrete-rendered lintels in
right bay, over blocked door to left, C20 door to right and C20 casements; 3
hipped roof dormers. 2-storey rear right wing, of similar materials, has C20
porch with main entry. Interior: light chamfered beans. First floor has C18
panelled doors and winder stairs rising to attic; collar-truss with butt
purlins.
