House, now shop and flat. Early/mid C18, with C19 alterations. Coursed limestone
rubble; gabled concrete tile roof; brick end stack. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys;
2-window range. Stone lintels over C20 door and two 6-pane sashes to right, all
set in C19 architraves; C20 shop window to left. Fire insurance plaque. On first
floor, two 6-pane sashes with thick glazing bars. C20 rear extension. Interior:
cased ground-floor beam; noted as having collar truss. Included for group value.
