House, now house and shop. Early C19, with earlier origins. Coursed limestone
rubble, colourwashed to front; part of left gable rebuilt in brick. Gabled
concrete tile roof; brick end stack. 2-unit plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Two
C17 chamfered stone-mullioned 2-light windows to ground floor; flat stone arches
over 6-pane sashes; 2-light casement set in wood-mullioned window on first
floor. Early C19 ranges to right. 2-storey range of similar materials with brick
ridge stack; timber lintel over C20 door to right and late C19 shop front with
door to left. Outbuilding to right, probably former stable, of similar materials
with plank loft door. To rear are C19 outshuts and short C18 gabled wing of
similar materials. Interior not inspected but likely to be of interest.
