22/09/75 (Formerly listed as Hill View
House. Late C18/early C19. Limestone ashlar front; brick side walls and stone
rubble walls to rear range; brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys;
2-window range. Steps rise to doorway to left: stone lintel over C20 panelled
door with overlight and flat hood. Stone lintels over 6-pane sash and smaller
second-floor sash above. Canted 3-storey bay window with similar sashes to
right. Raised storey bands; fire insurance plaque; moulded cornice to parapet.
