Small house. Late C18/early C19. Coursed squared limestone; Stonesfield-slate
roofs with rubble gable stacks. 2-unit plan plus service bay and outbuilding. 2
storeys plus attic and 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window front of taller main
range has 3-light casements to both floors and a central plank door, all with
segmental rubble arches; steep-pitched roof has a central gabled dormer with a
3-light casement. Lower service bay, set back to right, has a 2-light casement
at each floor plus a secondary doorway; the moulded stone cellar window may be
re-used. Roof continues over a narrow 2-storey outbuilding which has a plank
door to each floor. Interior not inspected.
