GV II
Two former cottages, now single house. Mid-late C18, refurbished C20. Coursed
rubble limestone with stone slate roof to front pitch and C20 artificial stone
slate to rear. Rubble stone chimney between left bays, brick chimneys to centre
and right. One storey and attic, 4 bays. C20 wooden casements. Ground floor has
2-light windows to outer bays and 3-light windows to centre, all with old
stop-chamfered wooden lintels. Attic has 3 gabled eaves-line dormers with
2-light casements and skylight to left. 3 C20 doors, 2 to left barred and
glazed, the right a board door with C20 gabled hood. Included for group value.
