GV II
House. Dated 1821 on tablet in gable end. Coursed rubble limestone with dressed
quoins, stone slate roof, coped gables and 2 rendered ridge chimneys. 2 storeys
and attic, 2 bays. Old wooden casements with single narrow horizontal glazing
bars, segmental stone arches and dressed stone jambs. Gable end to road has
3-light casements to ground and first floors, and 2-light casement to attic. Far
bay has similar 3-light windows in left return. Right return has catslide
extension with 4-panelled door and 2-light casement in front end. This extension
is continued to rear of main block.
