SP 2802-2902 (North side)
Pond House

House. Late C18 with later additions and alterations. Regularly coursed
limestone rubble, rendered to left gable end; stone slate roof. 2 storeys and
former gable-lit attic. 3 window front, C19 casements, all leaded except lower
right, with C18 wedged heads. Central entrance; flush 6-panel door (top panels
now glazed) under bracketed flat stone hood. Integral end stacks, left rebuilt
in C20. Infilled opening: formerly lighting attic, to right gable end. Various
C19 additions and outbuildings attached to rear. Interior: stone-flagged central
entrance hall; exposed joists to left ground-floor room.
