Barn Inn.


Presumably once a cart-shed, now a small house. After 1812, prdmbly mid
C19. Coursed rubble, slate roof, coped verges. 2 windows to North, 3-
light casements with keystones, wide segmental entry to west. The main
feature is reset irregular broken tracery in panel ever west entry.
Segmental stable entry to south. The reset tracery may come from
buildings on the site - there is documentary evidence for manorial barns
here in the C16. R & M Moody: The Stow of Burford (1983).
