Late C18. 2 storeys; red brick; three-light sash windows (no glazing
bars) in round headed recesses, the central with flat head in similar
recess. Upper floor has 2 flat headed windows and central Venetian window
below gable. 2 windows in ends with arcaded treatment; end gables; stone
eaves; old tile roof.
The following buildings, Church of St Leonard. Old Grammer School. No
2 Palmer's Hospital, and Nos 4 to 7 (consec) form a group
