Early C19. Painted brick; 3 storeys; 3 sash windows, the 2 to left flanking
a stucco panel having side pilasters, cornice and segmental head with
crudely moulded relief of a bell supported by two dogs; simple doorway
with bracketed cornice hood and rectangular fanlight, dentilled eaves;
