Early C18. Red brick and stone dressings; 4 storeys; 2 sash windows (generally
with glazing bars) all with plain lintels, channelled or enriched keyblocks,
fluted sill aprons to lowers and voluted and enriched sills to 3rd storey;
side pilasters, rusticated at ground floor; heavy dentilled stone modillion
cornice; top storey faced with cement; parapet with plain stone coping.
Modern shop front. An ornate yet interesting facade, unusual in the area.
Nos 1 to 8 (consec) form a group
