Brick with tiled roof and brick stacks; two storeys plus attic; plain gable to front with restored brick coping; two sash windows; moulded wood doorcase with cornice hood on consoles and a three-light canted bay window with glazing bars. Tied on right-hand side with Nos 2 and 3 Wyken Cottages.
