Circa 1760. Later alterations. Originally a warehouse which formed part of John
Wilkinson's New Willey Ironworks which were in operation here 1757-1808.
Red brick; 2 storeys and basement; each elevation gabled; windows with segmental
heads, those to ground storey with keyblocks and generally retaining small-paned
iron casements, some windows blocked; plain doorways with segmental heads;
tiles.No 17 unoccupied (1974) and in need of repair and improvement.
