Outbuilding, formerly dairy and cow-house. Early C19. Timber-frame with red
and buff brick infill, red brick and coursed rubble stone. Plain-tile roof.
2 storeys and cellar. 3 bays. Side facing garden of No. 24 has brick ground
floor with large-panel framing above; and 2 doors and a 2-light casement with
cambered lintel to ground floor, and door, central weatherboarded section and
1-light window to 1st floor. On right end are steps and doorway to cellar, a
2-light part-leaded casement and rendered wattle and daub infill to 1st floor
and gable. The right-hand corner is attached to No. 23 (q.v.). On left end
an extension of brick and coursed rubble stone with double doorway and window
above on gable end. Rear, facing garden of No. 23, has door and small boarded
window and rubble stone plinth.

Interior: brick vaulted cellar to part with brick setlas. Brick fireplace
for copper. Chamfered beams, part cobbled floor, and 3-bay pegged tie-beam truss
roof with pegged rafters. Included for group value only.
