SO 79 NE BADGER C.P. BADGER

2 cottages. Probably C17 with later additions and alterations, restored
c.1960 (see inscription plaque). Red brick and sandstone block walls,
partial timber framing, thatched roof. 1 1/2 storeys; probably of 6
structural bays, square and vertical panelling, one curved tension brace
at right hand end; irregular fenestration, 7 C20 casements, 5 C20 eyebrow
eaves dormers, entrances to left and right of centre; axial ridge stack
on sandstone base, 2 brick end stacks.
