Chest tomb, Circa 1830. Ashlar. Square plan. Moulded base, cornice, and
faceted top. East and West sides with incised borders. Inscribed to West:
"SACRED TO THE MEMORY/ OF/ RACHEL YORK/ WIFE OF BENJAMIN YORK/ of the Manor/
who departed this life/ June 22nd 1830/ Aged 57 years". To East: "SACRED TO
THE MEMORY/ of the late/ BENJAMIN YORK/of Sheriffhales Manor/ who departed
this life/ May 31st 1841/ In the 68th year of his age".
