House, now Flats. Circa 1840. Red brick with hipped slate roof. 3 storeys.
Plinth, double toothed-bick eaves cornice, and 2 stacks to left and right
at rear. 3 irregularly spaced bays; 4-pane sashes with gauged heads, those
on ground floor with louvred shutters. 3 steps to central door with 6 raised
and fielded panels, architrave, radial fanlight, and doorcase consisting of
tapered fluted pilasters supporting full entablature. Included for group
