9/5 Rookery Farmhouse.

Farmhouse. C18 with C19 refenestration. Red brick with ashlar plinth
and old tile roof. L-plan. 2 storeys and gable lit attics. First floor
and eaves plat band, toothed brick eaves cornice, parapeted gable ends,
end stacks, and 2 stacks to rear. 3 bays; glazing bar sashes with rendered
architraves, mid C19 ground floor canted bay to left, and inserted small
C20 window on first floor to right; central 6-panelled door, lower 2 panels
flush, panelled reveals, 4-light everlight, and doorcase consisting of
panelled pilasters, frieze and cornice.
