Farmhouse. C18 with C19 refenestration. Red brick with ashlar plinth and old tile roof. L-plan. Two storeys and gable-lit attics. First floor and eaves plat band, toothed brick eaves cornice, parapeted gable ends, end stacks, and two stacks to rear. Three bays; glazing-bar sashes with rendered architraves, mid-C19 ground floor canted bay to left, and inserted small C20 window on first floor to right; central six-panelled door, lower two panels flush, panelled reveals, four-light overlight, and doorcase consisting of panelled pilasters, frieze and cornice.
