House, now hotel. Circa 1840. Stuccoed with hipped slate roof. Neo-Classical style. Two storeys. Plinth, first floor sill band, frieze and cornice, blocking course, two central ridge stacks, and two ridge stacks to left and right at rear. Five bays, that in centre slightly projecting; glazing bar sashes, that in centre on first floor with incised architrave, and those on ground floor with fluted console brackets supporting cornices. Two central half glazed doors with moulded architrave and porch with paired Greek doric columns supporting deep entablature, cornice and blocking course. Left-hand end elevation of four bays.

INTERIOR: main rooms with egg and dart enriched cornices, guilloche enriched soffits, and ceiling roses.
