Late C19 sham painted timber-frame and plaster to C17 timber frame, fragments
of which are incorporated in facade, including rail and carved brackets inscribed
with date 1667. 2 storeys plus attic; overhang to upper storey; 2 canted oriels,
and a circular corner turret window on left-hand angle, tiered over upper storeys;
leaded lights; sprocket eaves; tiles. Late C19 shop fronts with modern glazing.
Interior much altered.
