(Formerly listed as: HIGH STREET (East Side), Hogbens Garage (Building to north of Ivydene))

Circa 1910. Red brick, the front painted; single storey. The building was
originally an agricultural iron foundry and the front has two large openings
in the shape of horse-shoes, that on right now glazed; doorway on left with
part-glazed divided door; coved plaster eaves with continuous tiled pentice
surmounted by three small gables each with circular window. Included for group value.
