Circa 1830. A red brick villa divided into 2 dwellings. 2 storeys; slightly
projecting bay at centre; 3 sash windows overall, the outers with moulded stone
sills on corbels; stone Tuscan column doorcase with plain rectangular fanlight
and glazed door; plain doorway on each return side having iron lattice porch
with up-swept leaded pentice; projecting wood eaves; hipped slate roof.
