House, latterly shop,now bookmaker's. Early C19 with later additions
and alterations. Red brick, slate roof concealed by coped eaves parapet.
3 x 2 bays, 4 storeys; 3-window front to Albion Hill, glazing bar sashes
with plain stone lintels and cills but glazing bars removed beneath
meeting rail to most; C20 windows and doors to ground floor on both
sides. Occupies a prominent corner site at the junction of Albion
Hill and Bailey Head. Included for group value.
