side)

Non-conformist chapel, latterly office now community centre. Circa 1830
with later additions and alterations. Red brick, slate roof concealed
by late C19 or early C20 shaped pediment. 2 storeys, moulded stone
eaves cornice to front and floor band carried round sides; 3-window
front, late C20 aluminium-framed sashes in original double-recessed
round arches; central entrance, stone Greek Doric porch in antis with
fluted columns and moulded entablature has late C20 double doors behind.
4 glazing bar sashes to first floor of left return; rear elevation
retains original gable and 2 tall round-arched windows. B.O.E. p. 225.
