House. Early C19 with later additions and alterations. Red brick,
graded slate roof with ridge stacks to left and right. 3 storeys,
dentilled eaves cornice; 3-window front, 16-paned glazing bar sashes
with gauged heads; central entrance, plain pilastered doorcase with
brackets supporting pedimented hood, late C20 neo-Georgian door. The
rear of the property (now forming No. 4, Coney Green) has been considerably
altered in late C20, with new window openings inserted, and is not of
special architectural interest.
