House, now two shops. Probably C17, re-faced early C19 with later additions
and alterations. Rendered brick possibly concealing timber frame,
slate roof. Two storeys; 4-window front, 4-paned sashes in moulded
surrounds, that to right at lower level over segmental-arched
passageway; late C20 shop fronts. Salop Fire Insurance Plate to No. 18 (left).
Passageway has chamfered spine beams with stone corbel to back right-hand
corner, wall-plate exposed to rear wall.
