GV II

Terrace of 3 houses. 1840 (datestone) with later additions and alterations.
Red brick, slate roof with prominent ridge stack to left of centre and
integral end stack to right. 2 storeys; 6-window front, glazing bar
sashes with painted stone cills and lintels; entrances have original
pilastered doorcases with good wreathed and radiating fanlights to
Nos. 14 and 16, C20 doors to Nos. 16 and 18 but No. 14 retains 4-panel
door. Round-arched entrance to passageway on far left with datestone
to first floor. Late C19 two-storey brick lean-to attached to left is
not of special architectural interest. Included as a complete dated
example of a small C19 domestic terrace.
