House, now shop. Early C19 with later additions and alterations.
Painted brick, graded slate roof with angled splay to corner, ridge and
end stacks. 3 storeys, dentilled eaves cornice; 3-window east front
with angled corner bay and one window to right, glazing bar sashes, blind
to third bay from south and to first floor right of angled bay; C20 shop
front retains C19 wooden pilasters to angles. With No. 2, Upper Brook
Street (q.v.) occupies a prominent position at the junction of Upper
Church Street and Upper Brook Street. Included for group value.
