Farmhouse. Early C19 but possibly with an earlier core. Uncoursed
limestone rubble, graded slate roof, integral end stacks with red brick
shafts. L-plan with short range to rear extended in late C20. 2 storeys;
3-window front, 16-paned glazing bar sashes in plain stone surrounds;
central early C19 stone doorcase with flat hood has late C20 neo-Georgian
door. Interior: panelled shutters to ground-floor windows. The ground
drops steeply to right and there are prominent buttresses against the
right gable end and range to rear.
