Level-crossing keeper's cottage, now disused. Circa 1848 by Thomas Penson Junior on the Shrewsbury and Chester Railway.

Stuccoed red brick on stone plinth; low-pitched hipped slate roof has two ashlar ridge stacks with moulded capping and dentilled cornice to centre. Italianate style; L-plan. Single storey. Central four-panel door in lugged architrave with moulded entablature supported on carved consoles; glazing bar sashes in similar surrounds to left and right.
