Farmhouse, now house. Early C19 with later alterations. Red brick on
sandstone plinth; slate roof with integral end stacks, tops rebuilt in mid-
C19 yellow brick. 2 storeys with toothed eaves cornice; 3-window front,
16-paned glazing bar sashes with stone wedge lintels. Central entrance;
plain pilastered pedimented doorcase with 6-panel door (upper panels now
glazed). Contemporary 2-storey outshut to rear. Included for group
value.
