Smelt flue chimney, now disused. 1899. Red brick (English Garden
wall bond), held together by iron ties. Square section, slightly tapering
to top, with slightly chamfered plinth and moulded capping. Round-
arched stoke hole on north side of plinth links chimney with Hoffman Kiln
(q.v.) to north. Forms a prominent landmark. Salop County Sites and
Monuments Record; PRN 3815.
