Cottage and smithy. Probably late C18. Uncoursed limestone rubble, slate
roof, integral end stack to left with dripstones and brick capping. 2 storeys;
4 windows, including those above smithy on right, near flush frame C19 casements;
plain boarded door under second window from left, entry to smithy, through
stable-type door to right; former horses'entrance in slightly later rubblestone
addition to right,now blocked. To the left of the cottage is a single-
storeyed mid-C19 addition. The smithy does not retain any equipment.
