SO 39 SE WENTNOR C.P. WALKMILL

7/55 Walkmill Cottage and
21.3.68 attached cowhouse

GV II

Farmhouse and attached cowhouse. Farmhouse. Probably late C18 with
later additions and alterations. Uncoursed limestone rubble, rendered
to the front, slate roof and integral end stack. 2 storeys; one window
on each side of central door under C20 timber porch, C19 2- and 3-light
casements. Interior retains heavy beams and joists and light timber
framing to one of the ground floor cross walls. Attached cowhouse to
south. Probably early C19. Uncoursed limestone rubble, lower slate
roof. Hayloft over (see ventilation holes) and entrance to rear.
Interior has C19 cowstalls.
