Former malthouse, warehouse when surveyed. Mid to late C19. Coursed limestone rubble with some red brick patching and slate roof. L-plan. Three storeys. Three second floor two-light windows, first floor two-light window off-centre to left and boarded hoist door off-centre to right, and three ground-floor two-light windows with boarded door to right. Gabled wing to left at rear.

Interior: brick-vaulted drying kiln on ground floor at rear.
