Estate cottage. Mid C19 with late Cl9 addition to rear. Uncoursed
limestone rubble with deep eaves to hipped slate roof with catslide over
2 storey outshut to rear at right and one storey outshut to rear at left.
Lobby-entry-plan. 2 storeys. Large central stone ridge stack with
dressed stone cornice, and later brick stack to rear at left. 2-window
front; 3-light straight-sided arched metal casements with intersecting
tracery and brick heads; central straight-sided arched boarded doorway.
One bay side elevations, that to left with blocked doorway.
