Cottage. Probably C14 with t17 addition to right, and overall C19
refacing. Timber framed, later painted limestone rubble partial
rebuilding and additions, rendered end wall, and thatched roof. One
framed bay to left. One storey to left and 1½ storeys to right.
Eaves dormer to right with jettied gable on brackets above 4-light
casement; brick stack behind ridge off-centre to left. Right-hand
block with two small 2-light casements flanking central boarded door;
slightly set-back left-hand block with 2-light casement to right and
boarded door to left. C20 three-light casement in left-hand end with
small blocked attic Window above. Interior: 2 full cruck trusses in
left-hand block; large fireplace; probably C17 newel staircase in
right-hand block.
