Shown on O.S. map as New Inn.
Inn. C18, largely rebuilt in mid C19. Coursed limestone rubble and
hipped slate roof with catslide over wing to west. 2 storeys. Paired
brick stacks off-ridge to left and right. 3 bays; 2 and 3-light wooden
segmental headed casements, those on ground floor with thin transom.
2 flights of steps to central 6-panelled door with segmental headed
4-part overlight. Flanking one storey lean-tos, that to left with 3-light
casement and that to right with boarded door. West front: projecting
2 storey wing under catslide; 3 bays, glazing bar sashes; 3 steps up
to C20 glazed door in left-hand return front.
